Founded by Ann Spire and based in Tampa Bay, Florida, Aspire 4 Travel specializes in bold, curated group travel for women 40+ — small-group retreats, river cruises, yacht adventures, and bucket-list journeys to destinations that have been on your list for years. We handle every detail so you can show up, exhale, and feel alive.
What makes us different is simple: we're not selling trips we've read about in a brochure. We're selling experiences we've lived ourselves — the candlelit wine cellars of Tuscany, the turquoise waters of Croatia, the magic of European Christmas markets. I built Aspire 4 Travel because I was tired of waiting myself.
Honestly? I built it because I couldn't find the room I belonged in either. So I built it myself.
I'm Ann Spire — founder, travel advisor, and the woman behind every bold group trip we create. I've spent the last five years turning "someday" into "booked" for women who were exactly where I once was — dreaming about the trip but not quite pulling the trigger.
I've traveled to Croatia, Italy, the Caribbean, and beyond — and every trip has confirmed what I already believed: travel changes you. It expands you. It reminds you who you are when nobody needs anything from you.
My specialty is group travel for women 40+ who want to experience the world boldly, comfortably, and with great company. I handle every detail so you can just show up and enjoy every moment.
When I'm not planning trips I'm in Tampa Bay with my three Bull Mastiffs, dreaming about cherry blossoms in Japan and sunsets in Greece.

After a career in airport operations Cindy knows more about travel logistics than most people will ever learn — and she turned every bit of that knowledge into a second chapter she actually loves.
As the owner of a charter boat company she understands intimately what it takes to create an experience that runs seamlessly and what makes guests feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish.
She specializes in warm-weather escapes, event-based travel, and group adventures for women who want every detail handled. And as a self-proclaimed foodie she has strong opinions about where to eat, what to order, and why the local wine is always the right choice.
Cindy and Ann have traveled together extensively — from Croatian coastlines to candlelit wine cellars — and that partnership shows in every trip they design together.
